SMCS Risk was formally incorporated at the Cambodia Ministry of Commerce today, changing its registered name from SMCS Consulting Services Co Ltd to SMCS Risk Ltd.
While the operations and services that the company provides will not be affected, there will be some re-branding and marketing changes that may take time to implement.
SMCS Risk will provide services under 3 divisions; risk management, cyber security and training.
