Chip Mong Insee is making sure their drivers are safe drivers.
For the past 18 months, SMCS RISK has been working with Chip Mong Insee, Cambodia’s leading cement manufacturer, to provide defensive driving training programs to all employees who drive company vehicles.
With an ethos of ‘safe driving makes better driving’, SMCS RISK’s Defensive Skill Enhancement Course provides drivers with theoretical and practical based training that not only enhances their driving skills but gives them a greater understanding of what it means to be a safe driver.
“With vehicle collisions resulting in serious injury and death at a very concerning level in Cambodia, it is very important that all drivers learn how to drive safe when in control of a vehicle.” said Mitch May, SMCS RISK’s Chief Executive Officer.
“I believe that all companies in Cambodia should take more responsibility for the driving standards of their employees and we are very happy to be working closely with Chip Mong Insee who are leading the way with improving safety in Cambodia.” said May.
